Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. Staying at STAY was the BEST decision I did for my Thailand trip! The room and facilities were exceptional! I found it hard to leave the room because it was so relaxing to stay inside. The facilities were all focused on health and wellness, which are two of the big factors why I chose to book this place. I joined the HIIT and yoga classes, and tried their amazing 3-floor gym. I also loved the cafe and restaurant- everything I tried tasted fresh and well-prepped. I would honestly go back and stay for a month!

A buffet breakfast is served every morning at the property. Everything about the hotel, the rooms, the service, the facilities and how beautiful the place is. Small touches like passing around complimentary drinks and snacks made a lot of difference.

Comfortable rooms and suites offer a spacious balcony that looks out towards the ocean. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Truly exceptional stay. Would give 12 stars if possible! What a beautiful view from every room. Everywhere was service with a smile. Breakfast variety is just about enough, but the quality is outstanding: free range charcuterie hams, cold pressed sugarcane juice/cold drip coffee, eggs Florentine at the egg station, house-made jams etc. They offered us a free upgrade but we didn't take it because the better room is on 8th floor and the lift only goes up to 6th, plus my friend had a bad back. But they were very kind to show us both rooms and let us choose. Anyway both had the same extra-comfy super king bed, great view and bathtub. The beach is a mere 3 min walk from the lobby. For hotel guests, they offer free beach chairs, umbrella setup, and even one kayak, paddle board and a motor boat if you know how to use it. First come first serve basis. The beach itself is perfection. Fine powdery sand, not too hot on the feet even at noon, and generally calm waves by Phuket standards. Very special compliments to Champ and Kee managing the Nai Harn beach gear at Rock Salt restaurant. Champ made our entire beach experience lovely with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness. When we got into some trouble in the sea with the paddleboard, Kee spotted us immediately and alerted Champ who ran to come help. My friend would have lost her glasses if not for Champ's help! He really is a champ 🏆 Outside the resort, Rawai area has some decent restaurants and 30 min drive to the Old Town/weekend night market. If we come back to stay at the Nai Harn it would be for the fantastic hotel service and proximity to a nice beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday!

The food at the pool bars is actually really good and the cocktails and smoothies during happy hour are a must!

The ambience of the hotel is amazing, felt like being in a very authentic temple. no street noise and hectic beaches. very peaceful and beautiful place. a lot of greenery and water combined together to create this magic environment. very beautiful rooms with comfortable bed, no noise from the street, perfect cool air, no loud AC, big bathroom, fantastic room service, drinking water in glass bottles, beach towels. a lot of areas for schilling in the shadow away from city noise and heat. i loved the swimming pools across entire area, some rooms have access to the pool from the terrace. nice selection of healthy options for the breakfast, SPA center and cool waiting room. very well maintained premises, area is very clean and pleasant to be there. very beautiful landscape design giving the feeling of being in the magical space.
