Location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of the delta Saloum, surrounded by the mangrove trees. The hotel has a magnificent view on the lake and the stay in the tree house was another adventure on its own.

King baobab lodge tiene un jardín, zona de playa privada, una terraza y restaurante en Diakhanor. Este hotel de 4 estrellas ofrece un bar. After a stormy ride with a lot of rain, we arrived at King Baobab lodge. We were kindly welcomed by the lady at the reception and were offered bissap (small gestures we really like). Due to the heavy rainfall the initial booked room was having some leakage problems, but the staff suggested to switch rooms immediately. Which was really nice. The AC was working accordingly. The diner (3 courses) and breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the bar are super affordable! We enjoyed the pool and the lovely wooden bridge towards the beach. The hotel has it own beach area with sunbeds, which is nice!
