The indoor swimming pool has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the surrounding forests. A spa pool and sauna are also available. No doubt most amazing place in whole Transfagarasan road. On the edge of Vidraru lake triangle. All hotel is very nice and clean, has free spa for people who stay there. Very delicious food in restaurant. Big separate bar at the entrance lobby with tv. Big terrace with amazing view to the lake. Also there is kayak and boats renting place 100 metres down to the lake (just not worked that day for some reason, thats sad).

Guests can relax at the artificial Vidraru Lake, which was created in 1965, or enjoy boat trips, which can be arranged on request. Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, in a gorgeous lakefront setting providing impeccable service. The breakfast was delicious and staff was outstanding. This is one of our favorite places to visit whenever we visit Romania. We also saw a few bears on our drive to the hotel which made our trip exciting.
