Born and raised in Poland I often see the lack of proper customer service in my home country, but it wasn't the case in Sokol, and this was very refreshing to see! From the front desk manager Anna, through room service - everyone was professional, helpful, nice and accommodating! Pergola restaurant serves delicious traditional Polish dishes (my duck was to die for) and international food as well (good steaks). Our waitress (forgot her name) was so super nice, that we decided to invite our friends over, instead of going out for drinks! We loved our buffet breakfast!!! Great food quality and variety! Pool area is very cozy, with great variety of saunas! Hotel rooms very clean, bright, spacious and toasty warm! Beds very comfortable too! Oh, and we've met Polish President there too - little bonus for our short, but very comfortable stay! Great job Sokol - we will definitely come back!
