The free rides to/from town is a huge bonus also the free transport to/ from airport. We had a late flight and they let us stay by the pool after check out. They offer great massages.

The bungalows are beautiful (we stayed in the superior and the normal one), everything is very clean, the staff is super nice and helpful and the food is good (and not overpriced as some reviews said). The cherry on top is of course the reef right outside the resort. I went snorkeling twice and saw sea turtles both times. There are barely any boats so it’s a quiet place where turtles like to hang out. The pool area is perfect with lots of different chill out spots.

Breakfast is good and offers different options daily, food is covered with foil to prevent flies (something we didn’t see often in the Philippines). Cold water is always available and bottle refill for a minimum charge of 25 pesos. A little to no plastic is used and plenty of shade. The reception is really helpful and will help you with anything you may need (including finding a good massage). Right at the bar there is also the dive center offering curses and fun dives (EXCEPTIONAL). What we liked the most is the family atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly attentive helpful and welcoming!! We thank JM, Eileen, Karen, Shara and the rest of the staff for making our week in Malapascua amazing!

Facility can’t be better with super awesome stunning views. Lovely cats sneaked in our terrace several times and looked innocent. They care animals a lot and recommended us to visit tarsier sanctuary instead of the other commercially managed park, which I did respect. Philippine breakfast is recommended.

The best thing is the lovely staff. They are all gorgeus and very kind. Especially Ms Liza in the reception is so helpfull. She arranged our island hopping tour and airport transfer reservations and all was very good and punctual. She gave us lovely souveniers from the hotel and everyday she gave clean beach towels. Breakfast in terrace was also very delicious served by nice and kind staff. Relaxing in terrace bar at night was also so good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were even upgraded to a bigger room, which was such a nice surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spotless—super clean and well-maintained—and the whole property felt very well cared for. We really enjoyed the amenities too. There’s a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach, so we got the best of both worlds. The food was a real highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the menu and service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely come back again!
