The hotel staff was consistently attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. For families, is an excellent choice. The family suites are spacious, well-equipped, and designed with the needs of families in mind. There was more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The peaceful and quiet environment of the hotel was another highlight, providing a perfect setting for a restful and rejuvenating vacation. It was truly a serene escape from the noise and stress of everyday life. The staff's attention to detail was exceptional. They ensured that every request was met with care, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Whether it was arranging special amenities or simply offering helpful suggestions, the crew was always available and eager to assist. Specially too Almonde and Logene they provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and top-tier experience. Villas feature circular high ceilings and polished wooden floors. Each comes with an iPod dock, flat-screen TV and CD player. A private terrace provides the ideal place for in-room massage treatments. Loved everything - the villa, the tub, the mandala spa journey, and the service. Will definitely come back!❤️

Buffets and themed meals at the elegant Sands Restaurant come with beautiful ocean views. Best accompanied by a glass of wine, seafood dinners can be enjoyed at Indigo Restaurant. Flavourful Mediterranean bites and Spanish tapas are available at Platitos and the Pool Bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!
