Alpamayo Casa Hotel - Restaurante tem academia, jardim, lounge compartilhado e terraço em Yungay. A acomodação oferece um bar, além de um restaurante que serve comida peruana. A equipe do hotel é extremamente solícita, dispostos em nos ajudar em todas as nossas demandas, em especial Juan José e nosso taxista e guia Oliver (recomendação do hotel). Tivemos um quarto espaçoso e uma área comum agradável. Comemos todos os dias no restaurante/bar do hotel, o melhor da região de Yungay (preços bem honestos). Sobre a cidade, Yungay fica bem mais longe de Huaraz do que imaginávamos, essa é turistíca, enquanto Yungay é primariamente agrícola (visitei a feira da cidade, comprei os morangos mais doces que comi na vida e experimentei uma fruta que ainda não sei o nome).

O Cuesta Serena é um hotel boutique que oferece acomodações com Wi-Fi gratuito nas áreas comuns e vista para a montanha em Anta-Huaraz. WOW this hotel blew us away. The new refurbishments were so beautiful, the designs were elegant and unique and the food was phenomenal. The healthy and delicious menu was the exact thing we were looking for before the huayhuash trek (still dreaming of the buddha bowl). What really set this property aside was the staff. We loved meeting and chatting to the team, they were really informative about the huayhuash trek as they had actually been guides in the past- this was so helpful for us and reassuring. This property is the perfect place to stay before or after any hiking/ trekking in Huaraz/ the Cordillera Blanca- I can't reccomend enough!
