We had an amazing stay at the Kyriad hotel. When we arrived we had a flat tire on our car. The staff immediately took action and changed our tire in no time FOR FREE. I have no words for how great and friendly we were treated during our stay!! Thank you, again!

We stayed at Alili Hinu Bay at the beginning of October and as soon as we arrived at the Resort we were blown away by its beauty. The accommodation was excellent with a beautiful view, clean and truly like in paradise, a direct view of the palm trees, the mountain and the lagoon. We stayed in the Deluxe Pool Villa and felt amazing because we had the privacy and rest we needed. At Alili Hinu Bay, we really felt like the whole resort was for us. Really peaceful serene and quiet. We enjoyed every moment spent at the Resort.The food was more than delicious. We are very thankful to Mr. Prakash and his Team. (Meriem, Dounia, Raquel, Eka, Hussein, Shubam, Achraf, Ibrahim, Ratnesh) and others we have not mentioned.These people and many others are responsible for our fantastic stay and the feeling that we are all one big family. Thank you for everything, and we will never forget your wonderful smiles, kindness and helpfulness. You are responsible for all this and for us to book Alila Hina Bay again, to see you again soon and to enjoy together.The resort is a true holiday paradise, very beautiful and big, of course very clean and tidy and we felt so relaxed and fantastic. Este oasis es el primer complejo de villas de lujo de Salalah y se encuentra frente a la playa, a lo largo de la costa sur de Dhofar. We had initially booked a delux room, but when we checked-in to our surprise they had upgraded us to a garden pool villa !!! It’s was unbelievable we were soo excited!! Everything in the hotel is exceptional from the rooms to the service to the hotel staff …absolutely perfect !!
