We loved Acacia Bay so much!! Our fav stay in New Zealand, and we have slept in 5 different locations! Don, the host was suuuuuuper nice and his hospitality is extraordinary. The apartament that we got had private access to the terrace and we literally had private jacuzzi as at the time there were no other people there! So cool! The host gave us super nice welcome gift, went for us to the Main street upon arrival when we got lost, also left us nice messages and access to washing and drying area.

Con hospedaje climatizado con un balcón, Kuranui Cottage está situado en Thames. It was a lovely cottage, beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was amazing with a wonderful bath and separate shower. We enjoyed using the barbecue and the stunning views across the bay. The pantry and fridge were well stocked with jams, eggs, vogel and chocolate. It was the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in and we were sorry to leave.

The view is wonderful and the hosts so welcoming. We had the best sleep ever and a great hot shower. The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive to the Shorebirds Centre and there is a fantastic fish restaurant on the road beyond the centre, Kaiaua Fisheries.
