O pequeno-almoço tem a particularidade - agradável - de ser servido à la carte. A qual contém opções diversificadas, desde os pratos continentais - panquecas, tostas simples, francesas, tostas de abacate, sumos, manteiga, compostas - aos pratos nepaleses. Absolutely a wonderful experience! I really was enjoying the whole ambience…. the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the decor perfectly fit the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel was clean and modern and there were security officers at the door to keep us safe. But the best part of the whole experience was the front desk staff and there are 2 waitresses They are really Amazing.They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. They were not only professional but also full of personality. They made us laugh and should be recognized for their hard work.Food was superb( Thank you Chef). The Positives: The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff provided exceptional service. The dining options were fantastic and all the staff were excellent. The rooms were also very clean and equipped with a large TV. The location is ideal for tourists, as many landmarks are within walking distance. Negatives:- During breakfast there is no option for cappuccino or No any coffee from the machine. Overall,One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.Can't wait to come back!

Thanks to Aikawa, I spent a very memorable two days and two nights in Chitwan. Milan made a very pleasant itinerary for us（Expensive but worth it）, helped us book flights, and took us to visit Tarau village. The jungle guide Rajendra was a sharp eye, good at spotting wild animals and various birds like radar. It was super fun to meet jackals, elephants, and rhinos. The young driver Subas drove steadily, was polite and very friendly. All the staff in the hotel were very warm and thoughtful, and the food was beyond expectations. Thumbs up to the chef! I like Aikawa very much！

The staff is just amazing, trying their best to reply to any of your queries. The location is fantastic. The room is very confy with a good mattress, hot shower, and fan. The breakfast provided in the morning is just delicious ! One of the best I have ever had ! Definetly the place to stay during your trip in Bhaktapur !
