We were only there for 1 night but was impressed with the facilities (pool, good gym, cozy garden oasis and a spa). The breakfast area looked modern with lots of choice, unfortunately we didn't eat breakfast as we had to catch a bus which they helped us organise along with a taxi at a very reasonable price. Staff were all super helpful and always friendly, especially our porter who showed us the room. The location is perfect and only a 5 minute walk down to lakeside for a lovely sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.
