What really stood out was the incredible service—Ahmed, monaim and Abdulhak were simply the best! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I booked this stay as a surprise for my father’s birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Michlifen Resort & Golf team went above and beyond — not only did they kindly leave a birthday cake in the room, but they also upgraded my parents’ room, which made their weekend truly unforgettable. They were touched by the thoughtful gestures, and everything from the service to the comfort of the hotel was perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

El Hotel Riad Bensouda, es muy bonito y tradicional de la cultura de fez, un lugar muy limpio y un servicio excelente. La habitación muy bien y una cama muy cómoda. La ubicación perfecta y segura en la Medina. Sin lugar a duda regresaría a hospedarme.

Riad Hanael Garden & Spa tiene una alberca al aire libre, jardín, un salón compartido y terraza en Fez. We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Hanael Garden and Spa! The whole place feels magical — beautifully decorated, calm, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! 💛

We had a great experience at this riad. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly. The location is also a big plus — it's not too deep inside the Medina, which makes it easier to access while still being close enough to explore the main attractions.

Todo perfecto, riad nuevo dentro de la medina pero en un sitio tranquilo para poder descansar. Extremamente limpio, excelente desayuno. Terraza con jacuzzi fantástica, con una vista inmejorable para cenas inolvidables. Destaca la amabilidad del personal, no tengo suficientes palabras para agradecerles lo bien que nos han tratado, y lo que nos han mimado. Cenen allí, la cocina es increíble! Muy recomendado, volveré!
