We loved the guided walk through the village and chatting with other travellers over tea in the cozy lounge area. One of our favorite experiences in our 2 week trip. We stopped one night from Merzouga to Fez but would have liked to stay another night.

The unique dome accommodations offered breathtaking views of the surrounding desert, and the hospitality was top-notch. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation features full-day security, room service and currency exchange for guests. We stayed at Hôte Sahara & Spa Tadighoust on our way from Fez to Merzouga, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The setting is just beautiful—a real oasis with palm trees, and such a peaceful, genuine atmosphere. Pierre and Amina were the perfect hosts. They were super friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. Amina’s dinner was excellent—a nice change from the usual Moroccan meals, and we especially loved the pasta that Pierre made for lunch on our departure day. It was simple but absolutely delicious! The house is really interesting, blending traditional elements with Amina’s personal touch—her paintings bring the whole place to life, adding color and character to every corner. On top of everything, Amina gave my wife a really nice massage treatment, which was the perfect way to unwind before continuing our travels. The best part? Seeing Pierre and Amina laughing together—their energy made the whole experience feel even more special. We’re already planning to meet up with them in Italy this winter for a snowmobile ride!

There are people you can never forget no matter how much time passes, and Zaid is one of them. He is a truly remarkable man in every sense. From the moment I met him, I felt I was in the presence of someone special. He doesn’t treat guests as clients, but as friends and family. He spoke with such spontaneity that the gathering felt full of comfort. What affected me the most was his great humility despite the respect everyone had for him. Zaid is a pure reflection of the generosity of the desert and the warmth of humanity.

The tents are cosy and warm. The staff are all very friendly and keen to help. You can just be there and relax and walk in the desert and be free. Thank you!

We spent 2 nights of our 18 nights in Morocco at this tented camp and it was by far THE BEST food we had in Morocco! WOW! The cocktails by the fire before dinner were excellent, the music after dinner also excellent. Some of the best service we experienced, especially our first night and morning there. Do both camel rides: the evening and the morning or do sunset by ATVs! The sunset wasn't the greatest the night we did it, but the sunrise the next morning over the dunes was spectacular.
