The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me find a reliable garage and get my car fixed promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, providing much-needed relaxation. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations. Though my stay was brief, the exceptional service and hospitality left a lasting impression. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Hosts were friendly, and were generous with their time - helping us to book tours and transport to Kandy. The breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed a huge dinner which they made at short notice. The location is out of the main area of town, but is only a short tuk tuk ride which the hosts can help to book.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Tourist Rest, Cooking Classes & Tours. The comfort level was top-notch — everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room came with its own living room, making it feel like a full apartment rather than just a guest room. For a very reasonable price, we had a completely private space to ourselves, which we really appreciated. The location is also ideal — the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Nilukshan, who organized some truly extraordinary tours for us, including the Wilpattu safari, and visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale. Each one was memorable and perfectly arranged, giving us deep insights into the history and beauty of the region. We also took part in a cooking class conducted by Malsha, which was another highlight of our stay. The class was hands-on, fun, and absolutely delicious — we learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s more than just accommodation, it’s an experience!

Excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean, good value. Surroundings very green and pleasant. Habarana is a good place to stay to visit nearby attractions. Host has a tuktuk and can take you to places (very knowledgable too regarding when/where to go). VERY satisfied, would return, clear recommendation.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Pearl of The Jungle private tree house on the property. Sameera and his staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed 2 dinners and breakfast each morning- the food was absolutely wonderful… would highly recommend for this alone. Our treehouse was quiet and extremely comfortable. The open air bathroom was nice and clean. We would live at the Mutu village if we could!

The place is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The wooden family suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a cozy, natural feel. The hospitality was top-notch—friendly hosts, delicious food, and great attention to detail. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Sigiriya and Minneriya National Park. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and tranquil stay in nature. Can’t wait to return!

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation, while cycling and walking tours can be enjoyed nearby. The Service was outrageous. I really enjoy Rice & Curry - Sri Lanka's national food. Here is the perfect place to get it for a very suitable (local) price. It was very tasty and hygienic and location to visit Dambulla, Polonaruwa, Anuradhapura, Sigiriya.

The bungalow is amazing too, a comfortable and beautiful place in the middle of nature with a private pool - we enjoyed a lot! I highly recommend!
