The views from the hotel and from our room of Fuji were amazing. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

Check in was easy and the free bike rentals along with affordable laundry were also great touches! As a bonus, the property is also stocked with several beverages and water bottles, which was a great unexpected touch’ 10/10 would recommend for anyone willing to make the journey out there!

This recently renovated villa is located 7 km from Lake Kawaguchi and 26 km from Mount Fuji. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot spring bath, and hot tub, as well as massage services. The house is really beautiful and big, it's perfect for a group trip. The beds, decorations and private onsen are perfect. The location is perfect, the train station is in front of the place.

By mistake, we showed up at the "wrong" Dormy Inn. However the staff checked us in, and made no issue with our "mistake"...
