Ice cream while waiting for washing machine is also great. Free use for washing machine and pay only drying machine. The hotel is near Kofu station. I could say that this is one of the best hotel I used to stay.

We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!
