Warm and helpful staff, quirky funny barman with lovely cocktails, but the view is the star here. We loved the Japanese room with the futon and majestic view of Fuji. And the public Onsen was really good!

This 5-star villa provides a spa experience, with its sauna and spa facilities. The accommodation features a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.

The host is a kind and amazing person that help us a lot with a smile. The facilities of the house are stunning, it has a jacuzzi, sauna and spring waters to use. You can enjoy the jacuzzi with a view of Mount Fuji ! The breakfast is really good and home made. 10/10!

In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return
