The front desk staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us a warm welcome on the first day and assisted us with our luggage transfer. Small but thoughtful details are well taken care of — such as providing a charging cable, razor, and other essentials in the room, which really enhance the comfort level. There is also a beautifully designed small Zen garden in the hotel lobby, which adds a calm and elegant atmosphere as soon as you enter the building. The location is also excellent. There is a FamilyMart just 1 minute away, and a 7-Eleven store only 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest subway station is about a 5-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kyoto.
