Guests at the Tokyu Bay Yokohama can unwind in the sauna or relax with a massage treatment. The hotel offers ticketing services, as well as currency exchange. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a babysitting centre and a jewellery shop. Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

You can enjoy a workout at the fitness centre or relax at the on-site spa. Additional services include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, currency exchange and laundry services. Room service is also available. Guests can enjoy sushi, Japanese and Chinese cuisine at the restaurants on site. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the registration counter, especially when we ran into minor card issues; they were patient and efficient in resolving the matter. The decor, done in warm colors, made us feel comfortable and at home right away. The bathroom was a highlight with its advanced electronic equipment, showcasing the innovative side of Japan that we’ve always heard about — it surely left us questioning bathrooms elsewhere. The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated right at Tokyo Station, it felt like we had access to not just Tokyo, but all of Japan, especially with our JR Pass allowing us unlimited train rides. Despite the bustling activity with around 4000 trains passing through daily, the hotel was surprisingly silent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The unique Japanese breakfast experience was delightful and a perfect start to our mornings. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and Tokyo Station Hotel is a place we’d love to revisit.
