Room was super clean and tidy, it has everything you need. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, they pay attention to small details. Breakfast was was fresh and delicious. We also received a useful information about Lucca, including main attractions and places to eat, which we found very useful. This place is one of the best I ever stayed, highly recommended! When booked for your stay, you will enjoy an extensive American buffet breakfast. Best location and customer service! The room was clean, comfortable and really beautiful. Very much appreciate all the staff did for us during our trip and helping us get to the airport afterwards.

The room is good and the location very close to historic city , you can go by walking and the direction is eazy just straight forward , the hotel was very clean , even the room they care about all the details , they give us a local biscuit as a gift.
