Hosted by a lovely family that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the room was made every day. Breakfast is very good and offers a variety of fruits, jams, pastries, cheese and cold meats. Dinner was a nice experience, a 4 course meal every night and it was very tasty, fine italian cuisine. There is an intimate open air pool with thermal water, jacuzzi and sauna. The facility is equipped with showers and a toilet, comfortable sunbeds and a self-service bar. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Indeed, a sign by the thermal heated pool reads "No shouting"! The staff were laid back but attentive, the food 9/10, cleanliness 10/10. Many guests (mostly Italian & German) were there as repeat visitors. Once you go there you will definitely want to return.
