Speaking Arabic, English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. The whole place was clean and organized, didn’t have too much decorations or anything else. The beds were super comfy, with enough pillows. The mini fridge was free and re stocked every day (that absolutely surprised me) and we had a kettle with coffee and small snacks available. Also, there is a room outside with a machine to re fill your water if you have a water bottle and are going out. They gave each one of us a free welcome drink at the bar and discount on their restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times.
