The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

This is the best resort I have stayed at until biw. so peaceful and you can hear birds all the time. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, bright and airy, and the balcony made my day. The food is of good quality and the staff is fantastic. Their onsite Spa is also really good but the rates at the spa are a bit much in my opinion. One must try their chickoo coffee it is delish ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Located on the cool green hills of Coorg, this plantation resort boasts 4 dining options, an outdoor infinity pool and an ayurvedic spa. It also houses a gym and a children’s activity centre. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Excellent bungalows, very clean, and pristine forest and plantation surroundings. Most memorable is the staff and how we were treated - simply outstanding and helpful.

Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested. The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. Thank you especially Panish & Gowtham, for making our stay memorable! They made you feel most welcome and did everything to improve the stay. For example; we arrived just after the pool closed down, but they re-opened it just for us. They made a bonfire, just for us. We got a lunch on the day we were leaving even though technically that was not included. Very kind and attentive people. The Lodge itself was beautiful, very nice views (see picture), lots of wildlife and birds. Among many birds, we saw the gliding squirrel and the gliding dragon lizard. They staff (of which they had a few wildlife experts!) offered two different walks; one in the evening and one during the day. The food the lodge offered was amazing. The rooms spacious and clean. We also went on a safari in the nature park nearby, where we spotted lots of the local wildlife.
