Certain rooms include a seating area for your convenience. Everything was exceptional. We received a free upgrade to a Villa which was amazing. In particular on the morning of my girlfriend's birthday, at breakfast the staff brought out a cake and bottle of Prosecco without me organising anything, they just did it themselves which I thought was very impressive.

Wellness options include a fitness centre, a hammam, a hot tub and a range of body treatments and massages, which guests can enjoy at extra charge. A children’s heated pool, playground and animation program are provided for younger guests. I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

It features spacious rooms with Mediterranean Sea views, and offers 2 swimming pools (one of them heated from October until April), 6 share pools, A la carte restaurant, wellness Spa, Fitness Center and a tennis court. Everything was perfect , all the staff very warm and super kind, the food was excellent. Amazing experience. Thank you to made our stay perfect!👍🏻

We looked forward to breakfast and dinner every day! The beach was fantastic! The surprise snacks that the staff brought down was a great treat! The filming of the Bollywood music video was added fun to the whole experience! Thank you for such a delightful time! We would come back in a heartbeat!!!

It's the very good hotel and I really recommend this hotel to all travellers who visit Rhodes.The room was very clean, I got fruits and a bottle of wine.There are a lot of swimming pools and you can forgot about the sea, that is 100 m from hotel.

The food was always very delicious, and breakfast had multiple options. The people were super nice and always worried about every detail.

The breakfast is very well appointed with the local delicatessen , great selection of fresh fruits and a continental selection as well. The pool area is exceptional. You can rent the car, scooters and off-road carts on the premises. There is a well stocked shop at the hotel as well. Cook’s Club is well connected via bus and shuttle services to every corner of the island. They let us check in earlier as we arrived in the morning- and sent us straight to the breakfast :) They also let us check out an hour later so we can use the facilities until the pickup to the airport. The staff at the reception and the lady in charge of the room service are par to none . Excellent value - highly recommend! We will be back!

Amazing holidays with family, we enjoyed every moment, not crowdy, very clean facilities, food is very good in all restaurants (even the main one with buffet, choices are enough for every taste), the staff is simply amazing, big thank you to Georgios who organized everything for us (Restaurant reservations, almost daily check to see if we need something, he has an amazing memory, and additional gifts), big thank you to Gabriel also (Pool bar) and all other staff from restaurants who had always a nice word for us and our daughter. It's exactly the type of holidays I wanted, thank you!

Acandia Hotel offers a buffet or Full English/Irish breakfast. The whole staff took really good care of us, almost like a 5-star hotel! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Especially the manager Sabrina went above and beyond! The room was spacious and with all the needed amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel super close to the beach and other services (mini market, car rental...) and good restaurants around the area within a very short walk.
