The moat, alive with ducks and fish, was a captivating centerpiece we couldn’t stop admiring. The food was simply divine, with every meal a celebration of flavor. The restaurant’s modern British dishes, crafted with fresh, local ingredients, were bursting with creativity and beautifully presented. From leisurely breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each bite was a delight. We also loved the cozy lounge, where we savored expertly crafted cocktails and a decadent Afternoon Tea that felt like a treat fit for royalty. The dining alone left us dreaming of our next visit. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness were beyond exceptional, making us feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with genuine care. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Enjoying a waterfront setting and overlooking the canal’s marina, Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley is set in the heart of the Black Country and offers rooms with on-site private parking subject to... Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. Make my bank holiday weekend fabulous, and I will be back again for sure. Thank you.

The room was very large. Clean and had it's own un suite which was also spacious and clean. The host Saiqa was very friendly and welcoming and catered to all my needs. This place is highly recommended as its local to all amenities.

Love it here. Come regularly. It’s clean, staff are pleasant and the choice of food is good. The breakfast choice is exceptional. Would recommend
