Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

I was also impressed by the quality of the food – the breakfast spread was delicious, and the in-house restaurant offered fantastic options for lunch and dinner. The location is another highlight – perfectly situated for easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport links. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We liked the cleanliness, the pools, the activities, the diving center next to the hotel and the spa. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were very good, we didn't get sick. I would highly recommend this ressort ! The gym is also nice

The sandy beach was stunning, and all the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Our main consultant, Rahim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. On our last day, one of us wasn’t feeling well, and we had a late check-out; Rahim made arrangements that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time despite the situation. We are so grateful to Rahim and the entire hotel staff for making our visit to Hurghada truly unforgettable.
