Very closed to metro station When we arrived, the hotel's concierge, Mr. Franky, greeted us and helped us with whatever we needed. Mr. Franky made us feel very comfortable and friendly. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and Ms. Jackeline upgraded our room at a special price. The welcome was really sweet from her as was the cake that was waiting for us as a gift in our room. Very nice interior pool , nice bar and very good breakfast ! Need to say that we are excited for both Westin Hamburg and Hamburg city . for sure , we will be back ❤
