All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a desk, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a patio with a city view. All guest rooms have a wardrobe. Warm and comfy beds, top facilities, great staff. They were all super helpful and friendly. Cute little dining area. We could really relax there for a couple of nights.

The staff were attentive but not claustrophobic and pleasant. The view from and the ambiance of the breakfast room were exceptional.

The holiday home provides guests with a patio, a seating area, cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a toaster, and a private bathroom with bath and a hair dryer. A fridge and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a kettle. At the holiday home, every unit has bed linen and towels. The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The food was absolutely extraordinary. I’d return 1000 times.

It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.
