Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The spa facilities in waldhotel has a peaceful environment. The room is amazing with its terrace. The cleanliness is 10/10. The toilet has electric water spray! The breakfast is serves fresh and delicious food. This is our second time in the hotel!

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking.

Spa facilities include various saunas and steam baths, an ice grotto, a hot tub, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

Spa facilities include a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna, both offering panoramic views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps. The fitness room is equipped with modern Technogym equipment with a view of the historical Old Town. A range of body and beauty treatments is available. I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!
