Bread delivery to your door in the morning was a lovely welcoming touch. We enjoyed game room with billiard and table tennis.

The location is fantastic at the Flims ski lift, newly built modern and clean, great and convenient ski storage, comfortable bed, full equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and helpful, always available for questions. We loved our stay.

Great apartment with beautiful furniture and nicely decorated, this really has a personality and charm. Balcony gets sun all afternoon for some time to enjoy the sun. The spa area is fantastic, too, ideal after a day of skiing. Laax lift station is a short 10min walk and the restaurant in the hotel downstairs is highly recommended, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication from the host and easy to collect keys. Boot room was great - heated warmers for boots, gloves and helmets. The apartment itself was warm and comfortable and well appointed. She also refunded us part of the cleaning fee for our trouble. Over all, it was very positive. Mistakes can happen. The host took responsibility and fixed everything. We would come back again.
