El hotel en sí es espectacular. Las vistas te dejan boquiabierto y las habitaciones muy bien. Al salir al balcón sientes una paz que en ningún otro lugar... Nuestro agradecimiento al personal, muy agradables todos y en especial a Saskia, que habla varios idiomas, entre ellos español, nos atendió genial. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

El Boutique Hotel Glacier está situado en Grindelwald, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, y cuenta con restaurante con terraza, bar y salón con vistas a la montaña Eiger. Nos gusto mucho la calidad del hotel, sus instalaciones del spa, su restaurant, todo estuvo magnifico!
