Everything was perfect, Alfonso took an extra mile focusing on every detail. It was such a nice experience, I've almost felt like I'm back in Europe. I really appreciate everything what Alfonso provided to us. For some other guests from different background it maybe seemed fake, but for me as a European this is what I'm always looking for and what's so unique about this place and the owners. Breakfast was brilliant!

Lots of amenities with the Spa area (the steam room and sauna were great), fitness studio and surrounding hiking trails. The breakfast spread was also great with the local baking items.

Versante Hotel tem bicicletas grátis, piscina ao ar livre, academia e terraço em Richmond. Very well located close to airport & to Vancouver. It was clean trendy & details were thought of, like positioning of lights, things that a traveller would require on a trip from soaps to sewing kits to the valet system of having our car ready for us with ten minute notice to parking it when we returned Valet was expensive per day but worth it. Saurav was a great help throughout. Oh, gym was fantastic too very well equipped.
