We spent some great time in this guesthouse. Everything was perfect- the stunning view, the excluded location and especially the warm hospitality; Birgitte (the owner) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend and definitely will come back 🩷

Opening in December 2016, NIDUM - Casual Luxury Hotel offers an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a 1,500 m² spa area with a hot tub, several saunas, massage treatments and a cosmetic studio, located in Mösern bei Seefeld and 1 km from the Gschwandtkopf Ski Area. Everything about this place was just great. The staff looked after us so we’ll they made us feel like the only guests! The spa is lovely , and the view is even better. Will be coming back !!

A sauna, a steam bath and an infra-red cabin can be found in the spa area on the highest floor. From there you can enjoy panoramic views of the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains. Staff was great, breakfast buffet very good, mountain views from room, spa and sauna onsite

The spa area features various saunas, a solarium, a jacuzzi, and an indoor pool. Massages and beauty treatments are also offered. We had a half-board booking which we highly recommend as the food was exquisite and varied over the week we stayed there. You don't really have much energy left to prepare your own meals after a whole day of skiing. So, the dinner offering of salad bar, warming soups, refined main course and those famed Austrian desserts were an absolute treat. Based on the quality of the food (including a great selection for breakfast), I would say that the overall value for money of the food is outstanding. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and we built a lovely report with everyone over the week. Our superior double room was spacious and in excellent condition. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a great shower. The hotel is situated a short walk (albeit uphill) to the bottom of the Rosshutte bergbahnen talstation in a quiet area of Seefeld. The games room, conveniently in the basement where our loud teens could be as loud as they wanted to be without disturbing anyone (!) was a great way for our family to spend further quality time together in the evenings; playing tournaments of ping pong, billiards, table football, etc. As if this was not enough, the hotel's spa is an excellent serene space to unwind and heal the body and mind after a long day on the slopes.

The service is outstanding, all the team are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel faculties are excellent including the pool and wellness area along with a cosy bar and lounge with an open fire - perfect for winter evenings. Food is outstanding, huge selection for breakfast and evening meals - they also have complimentary soup and sandwiches in the afternoon. We’ve been before and will be back again

The A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen & A-VITA living are both located in the center of Seefeld. The A-VITA living will be open in December 2017 and is a new built luxury Apart Hotel 600m away from the A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen.

The spa centre includes a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin with changing light colours. A ski storage room is also at guests' disposal. It was great experience with A-VITA living luxury apartments. We really liked the one bed room apartment. Great location near Seefeld rail station and very close to city’s center, secure building with its own parking garage.
