This is an overall 'brilliant hotel-chalet' situated in a very beautiful valley of the Vorarlberg State. We have been visiting a lot of family hotels, but this 'Berghaus Schröcken' is simply the best we have ever stayed in. Especially the people working there are so different to other hotels or resorts: they have a smile on their face and you can see that they love doing their job... It's definitely a great place to stay for a family wanting to spend some days in the Austrian Alps, doing some biking, discovering the great nature of the Bregenzerwald...

Oferecendo acesso direto às pistas de esqui, o Hotel Lucia fica a 800 m do centro de Damüls e a 350 m dos teleféricos de esqui Damüls-Mellau. Para sua comodidade, o WiFi é gratuito. I stayed in the Lucia for 2 Weeks at the start of Feb 2025. It is a nice modern styled hotel, conveniently located between the ski slope (top of Damuls) and the kitchen/ spar shop (middle of town). I was immediately welcomed and greeted with warm hospitality, and had no problem in communicating, even though my German is not very good. I even got free German lessons throughout my stay! The breakfasts were superb, fresh fried eggs every morning, and in the second week I was spoiled by delicious, heart warming 4 course dinners from Marlies & Martin. Marlies also kindly did my laundry for me throughout my stay! I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a vacation; Damuls-Mellau is a varied, quiet, unspoilt ski area that you will just want to keep coming back to. And hotel Lucia as well !
