A localizacao é excelente, com vista para as montanhas e de frente para o lago Achense, um lago muito lindo. Os funcionários sao muito educados, o que deixa o ambiente mais agradavel. O ponto alto é a hidromassagem externa, de frente para as montanhas, agua quente, super indico. Foi uma viagem muito agradavel.

We discovered this hotel and its location completely by chance — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The entire setting is beautifully designed, with attention paid to every detail. Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!

A super nice hotel, top match between the quality and price. The hotel team was always very friendly, helpful and in a nice mood. The sauna and spa zone is brand new, everything super clean, big spacious rooms, smelling from natural wood. Even on busy days the people are somehow scattered around the hotel so it is never overcrowded. Location is breathtaking. Will definitely come again!

O Appartementhaus Tristenau fica bem ao lado do Green 1 do Achensee Golf Club, a 10 minutos a pé da margem do Lago Achen. Oferece quartos e apartamentos espaçosos com varanda ou terraço. We had a great stay in Tristenau. Maria, the manager of the apartments, was very helpful at all times and even recommended us amazing hiking trips. The room was perfectly equipped and the beds very comfy. The kitchen was also very complete. On top of that, the sauna and the wellness area were very cozy too. However, our favorite thing has to be the breakfast, I woke up so excited every morning to have breakfast... amazing! We could also see sheeps through our window :) super cute. We would definitely repeat here. Thanks a lot for everything P&R
