Surprise! The rooms and facilities actually look like they do in the pictures. The hotel is practically new and has been open for a month. The family that operate and own it has put a lot of love into the interior. The hotel is in a busy area. However, as it is in a back courtyard, the rooms are still quite quiet. The atmosphere is family-like and the breakfast was better than expected. Friendly and relaxed. We felt very comfortable.

Staff was amazing, everyone from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. We went on the beginning of July, it was really hot (40ºC), so we would go out in the morning, come back to the swimming pool after lunch and then go out again at the end of the day (from 17:00). The room was big, clean and comfortable. We were there for a few days as we used our time in Samarkand to rest a little bit before coming back, we were able to do it. The staff offered us a Turkish bath and Sauna.

The pool area is beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable. Even though the street is right next to the hotel there is no much noise disturbance in the room so sleep was not affected. With Yandex the location of the hotel was no problem cause you can get fast into the city. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. There is free water offered. The breakfast was okay but didn’t offer much variety.

The staff are very friendly. From the moment we walked in, they gave us their full attention. They gave us a tour of their beautiful museum display. Elegant! In the evening were were treated to a free glass of wine. The breakfast had a wide variety to select from. The coffee was good. We were given a free ride to the train station. Very clean hotel. Our room was big. The bed was soft(they ask you in advance if you would like a soft bed or more firm. This is a high level of detail for me! Nice!)
