Staff were very welcoming and helpful ... Davut and the rest of the team are excellent. Hotel is well maintained and clean, so kudos also to the cleaning staff. Location is also great, nearby tourist sites and numerous restaurants.

I was so satisfied to stay Cronton Design Hotel. My flight was delayed, but Murat and Melissa did the best accommodation for me. I am so moved by their hospitality. Room was so nice, the best location to see Bosphorus sea. And I had dinner at the restaurant in top floor. I enjoyed Turkish drink, food and nice hospitality by all staffs. I’ve been looking for a calm, clean hotel with beautiful interiors and spa to stay one night for my layover in Istanbul. And it was the perfect match. Room was beautiful and specious. Bed is super comfortable, there is a Smart house system, so you can operate the room with out standing up, using just the tablet near the bed. The service is top notch. In room you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and even a little more. When I arrived I have found some tasty sweets in my room and before go to sleep I received some complimentary fruits, which was very nice. There is a cool pool on the top floor with a nice view. Changing rooms in spa is also equipped with everything one may need including Dyson and all the amenities. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the way from the airport was way too long. It took me almost two hours to get there. Just be aware of that, when you on a your trip. As I didn’t want to go anywhere and visit touristic places, location of the hotel didn’t matter to me, but be aware of traffic in the city in case you need to go around a lot. There is also a shopping mall just across the street, to get there, there is even no need to leave the building. There is the special pass in the hotel.

The overall facilities, the staff and location is really good. 1. The hotels spa and gym photos dont do justice with the over all ambience of the facilities, they are far more better than what they look like in the pictures. 2. Location: it has a perfect location with 3 mins walk from the nearest bus station right behind the hotel, from where direct buses go to the city's main attractions like taksim square and istiklal street. The nearest metro station is 8 mins walk and has direct linkage to blue mosque and grand bazar. 3. The locality has many shops near by, with alot of places to eat with in 2 mins walking distance. I would come back and stay at the same place. Highly recommended. I am not going to name any staff here as all of them were very accomodating and ready to help even in late hours.
