I come from England and my girlfriend Denmark. Expectation met and beyond. Great service from all the staff. The manager - Cedua was delight to be around. She was very kind and upgraded our room. Concierge lady was great with organising what was ask of her. Service team in the Resturant Omar and rafer was always on point especially. Anything we needed was immediately taken care of. Location was great. Beautiful beach. Clean. Perfect sunsets. Cleaning team did a great job. Always on top of things.

We had the best all inclusive resort experience ever! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the location was perfect. The facilities be it pool, kids club or the beach exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Aybars in customer relations and Melis in kids’ club for making our stay extra pleasant. Xanadu Island deserve more than just 5 stars as they’ve exceeded all my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life. I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state. I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort. Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance. I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.

Mr Mehmet the waiter from the restaurant and breakfast buffet was amazing gentleman. Always smiling and helpful. Ms Zeynep, the guest relations was amazing madam with a lot of information and help. She helped us a lot from the moment we stepped into the property till our check out. Ms Zeynep has a lot of knowledge about Bodrum and gave us tips where to visit in Bodrum and around what time will be the best. Ms Zeynep from guest relation is very helpful, kind, joyful and always available to help the guests with any concerns and question.

    Very friendly staff, super professional, always smiling and attentive to any requests! Big spa area with several saunas and covered pools. I came to this hotel with strong pain in my shoulder. I got excellent massage treatment by a professional Nurgül by name. I can recommend her as she’s done magic to me. After only two massage sessions pain was gone

    We really loved the hotel and resort and were happy with everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned to a very high standard. The beach and decking areas are really lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the resort facilities. The breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and good quality. The food at the beach bar was also really nice. We also enjoyed the hotel's rooftop restaurant and found the view at sunset to be stunning. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay.

    I liked the location, hotel beach, excellent breakfast, room size and design, hotel service, spa. It was a pleasant stay with my friend and my family. I would like to thank all the staff esp. Miss Ela and Mr. Fatih Aziz at the reception and Sefa and his colleagues in the restaurant section. I will definitely recommend the hotel and will visit again.

    The property has a beautiful beachfront. The food at the beach club and room service is very nice. The property is huge so its great for a family retreat if you would like to stay at the hotel most of the days. The massage and turkish hammam is great. The spa was amazing. The breakfast is great.

    - Beautiful stylish interior design and nice and well designed territory, very good and clean room - Big and comfortable king-size bed - Helpful and understanding personnel, helped me out to arrange a car rental and restaurant bookings around the area - Very good and tasty breakfasts; apparently, we were the only guests in the hotel for the first day of our stay, and everything was at the best level - Comfortable and relaxing spa facilities
