Access was generally great, and the staff were fabulous. The hotel interior is utterly stunning and the location is super convenient with the trams running from just outside. Nearby restaurants and other amenities are really good as well.

Cozy hotel with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and lovely atmosphere. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Tasty breakfast.
