Front staff (Darius) is amazing and will take care of every need. Amenities offered are ridiculously excellent: sauna, steam room, massage, etc. The food is fresh and delicious. The other guests are equally glad to be there. Loved having to rely on Spanish I haven’t used in years haha. Very close, walking distance, to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was huge and very nice/comfy. The hotel has an excellent spa with nice saunas and small gym - everything you need to relax during the business trip and they don't charge anything extra for this. My boyfriend was amazed as well. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were helpful and amazing. The most relaxing part was the huge indoor pool and the hot tub outside and also the sauna!
