We loved everything about the hotel and the staff. It was spectacular, and we had a marvellous view of the Faisal Mosque from the room. Special thanks to Najeeb, Alina, Faisal, Fatima and Asia. However, all staff were wonderful including the Manager who generously gave him time to meet us. There was nothing to dislike.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. I stayed with my wife after our wedding and the staff made sure that we'll feel pampered at every moment of our stay experience. We were warmly greeted by the security staff at the entrance and almost everyone congratulated us for our wedding. The check-in was easy, and after the customary welcome drinks, a polite concierge took our luggage to our room. The hotel management kindly arranged a complimentary flower bouquet and a chocolate mousse cake (with a wedding greeting) in our room, which was nice and cosy and really comfortable. The pool view was awesome too! The breakfast was fantastic and had an amazing selection of various food options. All in all, our stay here was definitely worth it. Thank you very much Team Serena for your excellent service. I would love to stay here again!
