We came for a short stop with the family - the place is great - pool, playing grounds for kids, games room , spa etc. What I really appreciated was the friendliness and kindness of the stuff - everyone was just great. Particularly, when I suddenly needed some medical intervention - priceless. They organized immediately the transport, called the hospital, checked several times back if ok. Amazing!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The open lobby had a beautiful tree out for Christmas. There were a few varieties of places to get drinks and food. Not many local food options for lunch and dinner, but I am not a foodie, so I didn't mind the more international choices for food. The pool is spacious and I never had an issue getting chairs at various times throughout the day. I loved that the pool was open late, until 10 pm. The breakfast was great - so many options for different types of food & lots of local food options to try.

I originally booked a night, but I extended it because I liked the friendly hotel staff, clean room, and beautiful scenery. If it weren't for the departure schedule, I would have stayed more. If I come to Cebu next time, I will use the hotel again.

The most luxurious experience. The hospitality of Cebu Sheraton is notch above the rest resorts I have been to. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The private beach and snorkelling in that beach was really awesome. The breakfast buffet had a lavish spread. Special mention to Mr. Danish Khan who is head of operations made sure we get vegetarian food at all times. He was truly so kind, warm and nice. There was a wine appreciation evening dinner organised by Langetwins. Again Mr Danish made sure we get lavish spread of vegetarian food. Buhi cave restaurant and 5 Cien offered amazing food. Scotty adventure organised a private snorelling trip to nearby Hilutungan island. The spa is also amazing. So over all I would say one of the best relaxing trip ever. Special thanks to all the staff members who were soo soo kind, warm and ever smiling.

    Two bedroom family suite is very nice, spacious with modern fittings. Comfortable beds and huge fluffy pillows. Pool and lounge area is pleasant, plenty of space to wind down and relax. Had a one hour massage with my husband at the spa which was quite good. There is free chocolate down at the lobby in the afternoon which my daughter loved. Staff are incredible, they are so kind and hospitable. They made the experience really good from check in to check out.

    A perfect resort to unwind and rejuvenate. The level of services is top-notch. The room is big, a spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub, and I like the fact that the shower and toilet are separate. The use of native timber and traditional decor is very impressive. They offer a beautiful spread of an international cuisine buffet. It's a great resort for family holidays, there's plenty of activities for children. The wellness spa is another level. We will be back!

    It's a great place with spacious and clean room with a fantastic view (if you paid for Seaview). Beds, shower etc are comfortable. An extremely large infinity pool, not too crowded even though it’s a big resort. It feels relaxing and the drinks near the pool are affrordable. The restaurants are excellent, the breakfast buffet is very very good (my wife liked the Taho man, you can’t find him anywhere except at Dusit), the staff is fantastic.

    Very nice luxury hotel, we have really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was not to my liking, however other restaurant options on the territory are quite nice. Fresh coconuts were really a highlight to the stay as well as amazing SPA-experience. We also liked activities at the beach: snorkelling, water sports, etc. Beach itself is not too big, but clean and cozy. It's fun to watch and have a possibility to feed fish directly from the coast. Thanks for having us!

    - Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and fast in any manner. They have been very proactive with e.g. refilling water or cleaning finished dished - Verx exclusive feeling as restaurants are not overly crowded or at the pool / beach there is enough space for privacy - Massage at pool was also a very nice experience - People at the reception went the extra mile with every request we have made.

    This resort is new and beautiful, no question about it. The pools, the private beach, the Spa, the restaurant and cafe... everything you expect from a resort in that price range. The food was the best I had in the Philippines, I enjoyed some relax on the beach and an excellent massage. The room is extremely comfortable. As an Italian, I loved having my own espresso machine in the room. Breakfast has plenty of choice.
