We had a wonderful stay - the bed was very large and comfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were modern and luxurious. We had great views of the river and mountains from our room. We requested a crib, and the crib provided was very clean, and we appreciated that special bedding was provided. The staff were excellent - they met us at the train station and assisted with our luggage, and gave us good and clear advice on how to obtain entrance tickets to Machu Picchu as we had forgotten to purchase them in advance.

This was a last minute booking after we had checked into another hotel nearby that was truly awful. Casa Del Sol saved the day! Beautiful view overlooking the river. Staff were so so friendly. Yummy breakfast. Great bathroom. Comfy bed. Bonus: it was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday! So so nice considering the last minute booking.
