We absolutely loved staying in the Palazzo, we enjoyed every day of our trip in Essueira knowing that we would be coming back here. We found the room very clean and comfortable. The staff were always super friendly to us throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, served by lovely staff every morning. We even got chatting to the owners one morning (Cyrrile) and let them know how much we liked the Palazzo! Highly highly recommend.

The room was excellent. The staff super friendly and I really recommend yo stay in the hotel for dinner. The food is FANTASTIC!! Best we had in Essaouira. We choose the menu of the day and we loved it. so we decided to stay in for dinner each night and it was every night delicious!!! The location is walking distance to the village but you also can take a taxi for the short trip. (2 euro) It is so relaxed to stay a but out of the centre. enjoy the lush garden and pool.

The lady manager Hafida waited for us until 11PM due to our bus being 1 hr late and she served us a delicious dinner. Everything was perfect. Breakfast staff Ashma & Saara were so lovelly and the food was amazing! Thank you for a lovelly stay.

The people we met in Morocco were incredibly warm, welcoming and industrious. Nezha runs the house, is a fabulous cook, and, when you ask people around town if they know her, they say, "Everyone knows Nezha!" From reserving a birthday dinner to buying art to arranging camel or bus transportation -- or a fascinating trip to a Berber market -- to booking hotel rooms and a celebratory going-away-dinner in Marrakesh, Nezha made everything superb and easy. The house itself is lovely and airy. We enjoyed the cool downstairs dining room where small birds alighted in archways and the comfortable bedrooms. Our main enjoyment was staying for a week, and becoming comfortable with the town, the history and the people. Frankly, I was a little nervous when I arrived. This was an exotic adventure for me. What I discovered was a country that is more diverse and peaceful than my own, and a refreshing place where the people are happy and eager to engage with Americans. Thank you for a delightful and memorable experience!

We loved our stay at Dar Etto. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and fantastic cooks. The setting and design of the riad is extremely comfortable and beautifully arranged. The hosts also arranged a very convenient taxi service to and from Essaouira for us.
