The staff were amazing. The hospitality they provided was excellent! As a backpacker on a budget this was a real treat for us and I’d 100% recommend this place, the bbq on the evenings was delicious on the beach. I hope one day I can return :) all of the staff went above and beyond couldn’t not recommend enough

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay in this hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The breakfast was tasty, and had a big variety of options with really friendly stuff. The operation manager made sure to check in with us and make sure we were happy. The hotel served high-quality food and great cocktails. We tried a few bars in the bay serving "cheaper" drinks, which literally tasted like water, while in Eden the cocktails were made by Kan, a professional mixer, and they looked and tasted delicious. The location is great, close to everything, while the resort is still very calm to relax. The reception helped us manage our travels, getting us a taxi from the airport and a ferry from the mainland. I would definitely return to this resort and would highly recommend it.

Stayed at this resort as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Originally had only booked for 1 night but loved it so much we booked an extra 7 nights! The resort itself is lovely: very clean, comfortable rooms, brilliant staff who went above and beyond for us during our stay and were a great help with our grandson. The infinity pool looking over the beach is stunning. The resort had excent WiFi connection all over including the beach! We didn't have any issues with unwanted creatures during our stay despite being pretty much in the jungle. There was also lots to do including boat rides, hiking and trials which the staff where great help with. Would highly reccomend this place to anyone.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location was stunning, the best view we have ever had on the most beautiful island we have ever visited throughout Asia and the Pacific. Dimitri the manager was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a free upgrade to a beachfront room. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and contained everything to make you comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

We loved everything from room, location, food was beautiful. Staff worried about us getting to Bungalows because the weather was bad. They came outside and covered us with umbrellas carrying our bags. They have looked after us like family. We got a free upgrade to a much nicer room which was really nice and clean, staff were lovely helped us book taxis to the pier etc, food at restaurant was also decent and reasonably priced
