This place is so special and is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. It was truly immersive. The women who are there guiding you are truly excited and proud to be sharing their knowledge and experience with you, and it shows. I felt like we were all old friends, and yet I can barely speak the local language (Khmer). It was an experience I will never forget.

Amazing hotel with such a friendly staff. We loved our stay! The beds are very comfortable, hot water and daily cleaning. The breakfast was also very nice with fruits. The food from the restaurant was also good. The view from the rooftop was lovely for sunsets. The tuktuk to go in the center of Kampot was only 2$.

In my opinion Samanea is one of the best hotels in the world. It has everything you need and more! The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is magical! You will - for sure - be relaxed and reloaded with energy after a stay there! We will return for sure! PS: Compared with other national hotels Samanea beats them by far :) Sorry
