WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.

Check in was swift and they can accept card payment in USD. Booking.com gave free upgrade hence the room was very big with a living room. The location is nice and lots of restaurants nearby. used the facilities like Gym, Spa and they were excellent.
