Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.

The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!

it was my first stay in an onsen hotel and honestly, i was blown away by the quality of the facilities. for the two nights i stayed there, i went at least four times. the sauna is amazing and the baths are absolutely lovely. everything is well equipped, attractive and clean. it's super convenient to do washing here too, and i really enjoyed being able to use the massage chairs. i received a free drink ticket upon checking in and there were free ice blocks available for most of the day (among other things), which i enjoyed on the first night. the staff i dealt with were all exceptional too, they were always polite and helpful. i definitely felt at home at dormy inn. it was an extremely comfortable stay!

The hotel is located outside Kobe near a train station (about 7-10m walk). There are signs on the train station that guide you to the hotel. The train runs pretty often but less often than in the city. The room with a view of the bridge was excellent. We enjoyed watching the ships and traffic. The hotel itself is magnificent. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was really good.
