First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Borgo il Mezzanino is located in Salò. The farm stay has a sun terrace and hot tub, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.

Everything about this place is perfect! Beautiful old building with a very nice design and updated furniture. The food is delicious and the stuff is great. Definitely coming back for a relaxing vacation to enjoy this beauty again.

It’s safe to say that this hotel goes on our top 3 list for best hotels, and we have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels! What an absolute gem. First of all, the staff. Wow! Everyone was so nice and friendly and you could really feel how much they wanted to make this stay memorable. We were always greeted with a warm, sincere smile and everytime we asked for a help or a recommendation, they were on it! Second, the location. It’s on it’s own huge property in the hills, still not far away from Lake Garda and very easy to take a walk down there, to for example the town of Saló. They are growing their own things on their property such as fruits, vegetables and herbs, which was really attractive. Thirdly, the hotel itself. It has a great history to it as it was a convent in the olden days. It was a worn down building that they bought and renovated, and they’ve done a hell of a job because you can not feel it at all. Everywhere you go, in every corner, there are signs of professionalism and an eye for detail. Oh, and let’s not forget the view from the swimming pool area over Lake Garda, with a drink in one hand and Burrata cheese in the other. Unbelieveable!!! Talking about food. Their restaurant and breakfast was 11/10. Spotless and so tasty. Mamma mia! I could write muuuuch more but I’m stopping here. I think you get the point; go and stay there. Don’t hesitate! The property is right on the lake and the pool is fantastic. The staff went beyond expectations for us and made phone calls for us to a local facility when we were having trouble. They checked up on us daily and arrived every afternoon with cookies. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and really was comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Gardone Riviera, but what truly made it special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – especially Miki, the waiter at breakfast and by the pool. Miki was incredibly attentive and kind to both of us and our 2-year-old son. Always smiling, helpful, and thoughtful, he made sure we felt welcome and comfortable every single morning. He went out of his way to make our little one feel at ease, which meant a lot to us as traveling parents. Really excellent place. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, the view to the lake is amazing. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed and beyond. And, on top of it, the jacuzzi on rainy days, the pool, and the pizza down stairs (with an option for room service) made the visit even more amazing

It has a magnificent view of the lake, the service is superb, the breakfast is amazing. The spa is also well equipped with a cool pool which has an indoor-outdoor connection. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting lake Garda.
