I don't know if I should review this place as a house or as a work of art. Every corner was carefully decorated, revealing a special magic that takes you back to time. As a book lover, I found myself waiting for heroes like Rapunzel, Don Quijote and Bilbo the ring owner to appear in the little yard, under the shallow light. All that magic without sacrificing my modern princess needs (coffee machine, spacious shower and WiFi).

Amazing views, clean rooms, and super friendly, motivated staff. From the ladies at the reception to the waiters, everyone absolutely gave their best to make our stay memorable. They went above and beyond, even helping us book other restaurants in the neighborhood.

From the ride in Simone's little vintage Fiat to collect us from the carpark, to the wonderful breakfast accompanied by wonderful views, to the beautiful 18th century palace and our lovely spacious Art Nouveau furnished room , everything about our stay was superb. Highly recommend.

We all loved everything in this hotel. We missed only jakuzzi in the spa, there are only saunas. We spent there only one night, reception arranged us reservatinon in good and reasonable restaurat. They don t have parking. Thank you for pleasant stay.

Amazing building in the new city of Ragusa, awesome garden with cozy small pool and several private corners to relax. Staff was very helpfull, advised where how to get to Ragusa Ibla, what to visit. Delicious breakfast. Located in a quiet place, 1/2 hour to get to historical part of the city.

A very lovely Hotel. Excellent facilities with beatifull staff. The staff are all hard working and deserve praise. We stayed an extra night which was given to us for a reduced price. We would go back.
